Do you ship to countries other than the U.S. and Canada?
Yes! It’s too complicated to set up shipping rates for countries I don’t ship to often, but I can ship anywhere. Just send me an email with what you’d like to order and where it’s shipping to, and I’ll get back to you with a shipping rate.
My order doesn’t have tracking!
Most orders come with USPS tracking, but if you order something small enough to ship in an envelope (like stickers or a patch) it won’t have tracking info. Sorry!–but this is also how I’m able to offer inexpensive shipping on small items.
Where’s my order?
It takes a while for tracking info to show up so please be patient. Depending on the time of year it can take several days, and packages often don’t show up in the system until they’re close to their destination. If it’s been a while and your package hasn’t shown up, please contact me.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Please contact me if you’re unhappy with your order and would like to return or exchange it. Returns must be requested within 30 days of your order and please understand I cannot cover return postage fees. If you’d like a different size shirt, note that if stock levels are low I may not have the same variety of sizes or colors I did when you ordered.

Do you do custom orders?
Sometimes, depending on what you’re looking for and how much time I have. Custom orders (example: stickers with your organization’s name) require a minimum order. Contact me with details of what you’d like.
Can I hire you to make me a logo/design?
Sometimes! It depends on how much time I have. Contact me and let me know what you’re looking for.
t-shirts
What ink do you use for printing your t-shirts?
I use Blick Waterbased Fabric Acrylic Screen Printing Ink and Speedball Opaque Iridescent Screen Printing Ink (usually mixed together). Both are water-based and non-toxic.
How should I take care of my t-shirt?
Just like any other printed shirt! I’d suggest washing inside-out in cold water and either tumble dry low or hang dry.
